Watobu started with a realization.

Working alongside product teams in CX, we kept running into the same problem: PMs and designers had nowhere to go when they needed to study how other products were built. Feature releases happened, screenshots got shared in Slack, and important patterns disappeared into noise. There was no library, just manual digging.

So we built one.

Watobu is a structured feature reference library for SaaS products in the CX space. We document features across Cloud telephony, CRM systems, AI voice agents, Omnichannel messaging, and Customer Support software, complete with screenshots, annotations, and descriptions. Product teams can visually explore feature flows and moodboard them as a reference. The library currently covers 10,000+ flows with 4,000+ features, and it keeps growing.

CX is one of the few SaaS spaces where product patterns genuinely cross industry lines. A feature in a cloud telephony platform might inform a decision in a CRM. That cross-industry context is what makes Watobu more than just comprehensive, it makes it useful.
